This Shipping Policy describes how Plamojet ships orders placed through our website.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States. For remote or non-contiguous areas, additional fees and longer delivery times may apply.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your U.S. delivery address.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses in California and Texas, with inventory stocked and fulfilled domestically.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing may take longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to high order volume.

4. Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipment.

Total delivery time (including processing) is typically 6–10 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Because orders are fulfilled and shipped domestically within the United States, import duties and customs clearance do not apply.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, remote locations, or other factors outside our control.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available for U.S. orders over $69.99 (after taxes and discounts).
  • For U.S. orders below this amount, a flat standard shipping fee of $6.99 applies.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may incur additional shipping charges and longer delivery times. Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout.
  • This shipping fee policy applies consistently to all U.S. delivery addresses we serve.

Any shipping charge is clearly shown before payment at checkout.

6. Carriers and Tracking

We ship orders through USPS, UPS, and other reliable logistics providers.

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

7. Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@plamojet.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, first check with neighbors, your local carrier, and your delivery location.
  • If the package is still missing after 72 hours, contact us at info@plamojet.com and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
  • For lost or stolen packages, we may help coordinate with the carrier. A carrier investigation may be required before we can determine an appropriate resolution.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.

9. Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@plamojet.com with your order number and clear photo/video evidence.

We will review your case and provide a replacement or other appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
