Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are charged a flat shipping fee of $15.99, regardless of order size, due to longer transit distances and limited carrier options. This fee will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and makes it easier to track orders and save your shipping details for next time.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipment. Total delivery time is typically 6–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I cancel or change my order after checkout?
