Order
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Follow your package using the tracking link provided in that email.
I only received part of my order; the airbrush hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Some items may be shipped in separate packages, so the airbrush may arrive separately from the markers. Please provide your order number to our support team, and we will verify the tracking information for you.
I put in the incorrect Address, What can I do?
Please email us at info@plamojet.com as soon as possible before your order is processed or shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has moved into processing or has shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
- You may request cancellation before your order is processed or shipped by emailing info@plamojet.com as soon as possible after placing the order.
- If we can cancel before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Can I edit my order?
Please contact us at info@plamojet.com as soon as possible before your order is processed—we will try to help if the order has not yet shipped.
Once processing or shipping has started, we may not be able to change order details. Please review your cart and shipping address carefully before checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed from our U.S.-based warehouse, typically within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your package ships.
How long does the shipping take?
- Order processing: typically 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery within the United States: typically 5–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.
- Total time from order to delivery is often about 6–10 business days, depending on processing and carrier performance.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link provided in that message.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. For remote or non-contiguous areas, additional fees and longer delivery times may apply. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may incur additional shipping charges and longer delivery times. Any applicable fees will be shown at checkout. My order was marked delivered but isn't here
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check your surroundings, ask neighbors if they received it by mistake, and verify your delivery address. If you still haven't received it within 72 hours, contact us at info@plamojet.com and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
What can I do if my package was lost or stolen?
We're sorry your package appears lost or stolen. Please email us at info@plamojet.com with your order number and tracking details. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Return and Refund
Can I return a product and/or get a refund?
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags intact where applicable, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details and instructions.
Markers
How long do the markers last?
One marker typically lasts about 15-20 minutes of continuous, non-stop spraying, depending on usage, surface coverage, and spray intensity.
Are the markers refillable?
Ink refills are being introduced gradually and are currently designed for the Upgrade Alcohol Marker Set only. They may not be compatible with other marker sets. Availability may vary by color, and some refill options may be temporarily out of stock. Please check the website for the latest refill availability.
Does this only work with your markers?
The airbrush system is designed to work best with our official compatible markers. Other markers may fit depending on shape and tip structure, but results are not guaranteed.
Does the airbrush work with paint markers?
The current Winsons marker airbrush is designed for alcohol-based ink markers only. We recommend using our official compatible markers for the best performance. Paint markers and other marker types may not spray properly and are not recommended.
Where can I see the color ranges?

How many colors do you have?
We currently offer up to 240 marker colors, depending on the available set.
Do you have metallic gold?
Metallic gold is currently not included, but we may launch it in future sets.
Airbrush System
Does this actually work as well as a real airbrush?
It works more as a companion tool for quick coloring, basing, weathering, and touch-ups without the hassle of traditional setup and cleanup. It is not intended to fully replace a professional airbrush for every use case.
Can it be used for fine detail work?
It is not recommended for very fine detail work. It is better suited for gradients, blending, shading, base coats, and broader color effects.
Do you need ventilation like a normal airbrush?
We recommend using it in a well-ventilated area and wearing a mask when spraying, especially during longer sessions.
What markers is the airbrush compatible with?
The system is designed to work best with our official compatible markers. You may try other alcohol-based markers, but performance is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for poor results caused by unsupported markers.
Do liquid chrome markers work?
No. The current Winsons marker airbrush system is not compatible with liquid chrome markers or mirror chrome paint markers. These markers use a different ink or paint formula and may not spray properly through the system. For best results, please use our official compatible alcohol-based ink markers.
Common Usage Questions
Will the paint be permanent on plastic?
Our markers use alcohol-based ink, which performs differently on porous and non-porous surfaces. On non-porous surfaces such as plastic, we recommend using primer before coloring and applying a clear coat afterward for better durability.
Do these work on 3D prints or PLA?
Yes. They can be used on 3D prints and PLA surfaces. For better adhesion and longer-lasting results, we recommend cleaning the surface first and applying primer before coloring.
If used as a base layer, how does it react with other hobby paints?
Results may vary depending on the paint type, surface preparation, and drying time. In general, many hobby paints can be layered over fully dried alcohol-based ink, but we recommend testing on a small area first.

Additional marker sets and ink refills are available on our official website when in stock. Marker sets are currently sold as sets, while ink refill options are being introduced gradually. What should I do if my marker arrives dried out or does not work properly?
Our markers use alcohol-based ink, and alcohol can naturally evaporate if the cap is loose or if the marker is affected during storage or transit. If your marker arrives dried out or does not work properly, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will help resolve the issue.
Why is the ink flow inconsistent?
Ink flow may vary depending on marker placement, tip position, and usage angle. Please make sure the marker is inserted correctly and adjust the tip position if needed. If the issue continues, contact our support team for assistance.
