This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Plamojet.

1. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition.
• Unopened if applicable (for example, where the product is sealed).
• In original packaging with accessories and inserts.

Proof of purchase (order number) may be required.

All return requests must be approved before you send anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. We do not accept COD returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used markers, inks, and other consumable items.
• Final sale items, where clearly marked at checkout or on the product page.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@plamojet.com and include:

• Your order number.
• A photo of the shipping label and outer package.
• Clear product photos or video showing the issue.

If outer packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as supporting evidence.

We will review your case and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind (eligible returns that are not due to our error): You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we tell you otherwise when your return is approved.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: After we verify the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation. If a return is required to process your claim, the return shipping cost is generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by our team based on the specific circumstances.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after we approve your claim when no return is required.
• Standard shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.
• Change-of-mind returns: Original outbound shipping fees and return shipping are generally non-refundable, except where we agree otherwise or where required by law.
• Verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Your refund or remedy will be determined based on the approved resolution for your specific case.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the original item (per our return approval) and place a new order.

For verified defective or incorrect items, we will evaluate your case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate. In some cases, return of the item may be required before we send a replacement.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped by contacting info@plamojet.com.

If your order is canceled before fulfillment or shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

9. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is refused, cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect or incomplete address), or is returned to us because delivery was not completed, we will contact you using the information from your order.

Depending on the reason and product condition, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund of the product price less any applicable shipping and handling costs we incurred, as explained when we resolve your case.

To request a return, email info@plamojet.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
