These Billing Terms apply to purchases made from Plamojet. They describe accepted payment methods, how charges are processed, and related billing policies.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently support payment methods shown at checkout, including:
- PayPal
- Major credit and debit cards (for example Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)
Availability may vary depending on device and payment provider rules.
2. Secure Payment Processing
Transactions are protected using encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). Our store is powered by Shopify and handled through PCI-compliant payment infrastructure.
We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
3. Unsupported Payment Types
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, or direct offline bank transfer unless explicitly listed at checkout.
4. Order Confirmation
After your payment is successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Billing Information Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information. Incorrect details may cause delays, failed delivery, or order cancellation.
6. Currency and Charges
All charges are listed and processed in USD unless otherwise stated on the checkout page. Applicable shipping fees and taxes are shown at checkout.
If your card uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates and additional fees.
7. Payment Authorization and Capture
Payment is charged at the time you place your order. If your order is canceled before it is fulfilled or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method promptly.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
If a transaction is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be processed until payment is successfully resolved.
9. Help with Payment Issues
If you experience payment issues, contact us at info@plamojet.com. Please include your order number (if available) and a brief description of the issue.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped by contacting info@plamojet.com. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer available. Please review all order details before placing your order.
11. Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Final posting time depends on your payment provider.
